Cinderella- With Dogs!

This canine themed twist on the classic tale finds Cinderella wishing for a fairy godmother, but getting a fairy dogmother instead. Her fairy dogmother does things a bit differently, preparing Cinderella for the ball as only a dog can. But when Cinderella does get to the ball, she finds that the dog loving royal family loves her. Kids will love the unique way that the dogmother dresses Cinderella and the fun twist ending.
The Three Little Guinea Pigs
Written by Erica S. Perl and illustrated by Amy Young
In this twist on the story of the Three Little Pigs, the main characters are guinea pigs being chased by a hungry fox. The story follows the same repeating pattern of the original tale, with a funny ending that will have kids laughing out loud. They will enjoy the colorful illustrations of the adorable guinea pigs too. The back of the book includes lots of information on guinea pigs as well.

Written by Corinne Demas and illustrated by Gemma Capdevila
In this beautiful book, a little girl lives by the sea and dreams of being a princess in a castle in a forest. A princess in a castle in a forest dreams of being a horse. So the story continues on with each being wishing and dreaming of a world where it can be something different, until it cycles back again. The lyrical text is paired with beautiful illustrations that take the reader to distant lands and encourages them to dream of far off places.
