Tip and Tucker: Road Trip
Written by Ann Ingalls and Sue Lowell Gallion and illustrated by Andre Ceolin
This first book in the Tip and Tucker series introduces a pair of hamsters who are best friends. Tucker likes to go out and explore the world, but Tip is a bit more cautious. When Mr. Lopez purchases them from the pet store, they head out on an adventure to their new home.
Tip and Tucker: Hide and Squeak
Written by Ann Ingalls and Sue Lowell Gallion and illustrated by Andre Ceolin
In this second book in the series, Tip and Tucker are introduced to the kids in Mr. Lopez’s classroom. When Tip manages to get loose from the cage and gets lost in the school, it is up to Tucker to find him.

In the third book in the Tip and Tucker series, the kids in Mr. Lopez’s class are doing art projects. When Tip and Tucker get out of their cage, they want to join in the art making too!

In this 3 story compilation, Fox and Chick have a sleepover, find a hammer, and have a surprise party. Fans of Elephant and Piggie and Frog and Toad will like these stories of friendship.

Charlie & Mouse: Even Better
Written by Laurel Snyder and illustrated by Emily Hughes
This early reader includes 4 short stories about two little kids named Charlie and Mouse. Whether they are making pancakes with their mom, shopping with their dad, or surprising their mom, they know how to have fun and be good helpers. This is the 3rd book in the Charlie and Mouse series.

Written by Laurel Snyder and illustrated by Emily Hughes
In the fourth book in the series, Charlie and Mouse are going camping with their parents. They tell stories in the car, go for a hike, and make marshmallows over a fire. The simple text is paired with cute illustrations showing the happy family enjoying the outdoors together.

Written by Laurel Snyder and illustrated by Emily Hughes
In the fifth book in the Charlie and Mouse series, the two young kids spend the day finding lost things. Whether they are looking for Mouse’s blanket, or finding a stray dog, they work together to find lost things.

See the Dog: Three Stories about a Cat
Written by David LaRochelle and illustrated by Mike Wohnoutka
This funny follow up to See the Cat starts with Baby Cakes the cat taking over for a sick Max the dog. Kids will love the way the simple text tells a different story from the funny illustrations. Whether the cat is digging a hole, swimming in a lake, or protecting sheep from a wolf, Baby Cakes reacts in a much different way than a dog would.
